Eligibility Criteria
To apply for B.Sc. Nursing at Shivam College of Nursing, the candidate must be at least 17 years of age on 31st December of the admission year, and should not exceed 35 years of age.
- 10+2 with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and English is mandatory.
- Minimum 45% marks in PCB combined.
- English must be passed as a compulsory subject.
- Students from NIOS and State Open Schools (recognized) are eligible if Science and English are included.
- Married and colour-blind candidates are eligible (corrective lenses/spectacles required).
- The candidate must be medically fit.
Admission & Selection Process
Admissions are conducted once a year. The selection of candidates is based on performance in the entrance test conducted by the University or State Government.
- Entrance test includes: Aptitude for Nursing, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English – 20 marks each.
- Total marks: 100
Minimum Qualifying Percentile
- General: 50th percentile
- General – PwD: 45th percentile
- SC/ST/OBC: 40th percentile
